Gediminas Ziemelis (born April 4, 1977) is a distinguished Lithuanian-born entrepreneur and business leader based in Dubai, renowned for his strategic vision and global impact in the aviation and investment sectors.

As the Founder and Chairman of Avia Solutions Group, the world’s leading ACMI (Aircraft, Crew, Maintenance, and Insurance) provider, Mr. Ziemelis oversees a fleet of 221 aircraft. Headquartered in Ireland, the group operates across 17 aerospace business lines, employing over 15,000 professionals in more than 70 countries. Its comprehensive services include aircraft maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO), pilot and crew training, ground handling, cargo, and corporate aviation charters, generating over $3 billion in revenue in 2023.

With a career spanning more than 27 years, Mr. Ziemelis is celebrated for his cosmopolitan perspective and exceptional leadership. He has founded over 100 startups, with 50% continuing to operate successfully.
