FL Technics Lithuania and FL Technics Indonesia have been awarded the Top Employer certification, highlighting their continued commitment to maintaining high standards in people management and workplace practices.
The recognition marks the third certification for FL Technics Lithuania and the second for FL Technics Indonesia, indicating sustained alignment with internationally benchmarked employer assessment criteria in multiple operating regions.
The certification is issued by the independent Top Employers Institute following an audit of HR policies, employee development, leadership, and workplace environment. For aviation maintenance organizations operating in highly technical and regulated environments, such assessments provide an external benchmark of internal workforce management and organizational processes.
“As our global MRO footprint expands, maintaining consistent employer standards across different regions becomes increasingly important,” says Zilvinas Lapinskas, CEO of FL Technics Group. “Operational reliability in aviation maintenance depends on experienced specialists and workforce continuity, which is why we focus on long-term talent development and retention.”
Both FL Technics Lithuania and FL Technics Indonesia have continued to refine internal HR frameworks in line with operational growth, particularly in regions such as Europe and Southeast Asia. The approach combines globally aligned policies with locally adapted workforce practices to support diverse technical teams.
This is particularly relevant in the MRO sector, where competition for licensed engineers and skilled aviation specialists remains high, and workforce stability directly affects service quality and operational performance.
According to the company’s HR leadership, the Top Employer assessment also functions as a structured review of internal policies and organizational practices.
“Employee stability and long-term development remain key priorities for us as the organization grows internationally,” says Edita J. Lukse, Chief People Officer Fl Technics Group. “We place strong focus on professional growth, regular training, and initiatives that support employee well-being, as retaining highly skilled aviation specialists is essential in our industry.”
